Aurix Technologies provides web design, web development, mobile app development, SEO, graphic design, and related digital services to businesses and individuals in Thunder Bay, Ontario, and across Canada. All services are subject to a written or electronic agreement between Aurix Technologies and the client.
3. Payments & Refunds
Project pricing is outlined in individual service agreements. Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. Remaining balances are due upon project completion and before final files or site access are transferred. Disputes must be raised within 14 days of invoice issuance.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, clients receive full ownership of the final deliverables (website files, graphics, content). Aurix Technologies retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing. We retain ownership of any proprietary code frameworks, tools, or components used during development.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate content, timely feedback, and any third-party credentials (hosting, domain registrar) necessary for project completion. Project delays caused by the client do not affect payment timelines.
6. Limitation of Liability
Aurix Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim arising from a service agreement shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for that specific project.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Thunder Bay, Ontario.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update this Privacy Policy and Terms of Service periodically. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
